Boy is an experienced local hunter with a wealth of knowladge of the area.

Te Urewera National Park is the largest remaining area of native forest in the North Island. Hunting in this park is encouraged to control populations.

Wild pig and deer hunting are available all year round.

Minimum of 2 people with current firearm license.
