Booking Conditions

Please read through these booking conditions before booking a tour with us.

Book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance if you are coming from overseas.
What to bring:
Good walking shoes or boots, drinking water, sun hat and sunscreen, camera, bathing suit for optional swim, warm clothing, raincoat, small backpack.
Medical Conditions:
When booking, you must notify us of any medical condition, medical history or medication that you are on (especially if you have asthma, diabetes, a heart condition or allergies.
Meeting Place:
You can arrange to be picked up from Rotorua or Whakatane Airports or at the Information Center (iSite).
Cancellation:
Prior to departure (more than 7 days): 50% refund
Prior to departure (less than 7 days): NO REFUND
Most outdoor activities have a risk element. KiwiFeet Adventures does operate in some back country areas. Risks include:
Hypothermia – recognise symptoms. Be aware, this can affect anyone when the weather is cold, windy or wet.
Weather – be prepared for the worst weather conditions in the back country. Respect rivers – never cross a flooded river.
Survival Situation – stop, stay calm and plan (personal injury, illness or property damage). Know how to help searchers find you.
KiwiFeet Adventures will take all practicable steps to minimise dangers. Customers must follow instruction at all times.
We at KiwiFeet Adventures reserve the right to make any alteration to itineraries in the interest of safety or unforeseen circumstances due to causes (i.e – weather conditions, illness or misadventure)
